We aim to dispatch orders by the end of the working day following placement of the order.

For example, orders placed on a Monday will normally be shipped by Tuesday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will normally be shipped by Monday (except bank holidays). Many orders are shipped the same working day.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging, with no reference to the goods inside or the seller.

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent by standard Royal Mail First Class post at no extra cost within the UK.

We have a 14 day no quibble return policy. If you are unhappy or change your mind about your purchase you can return all unused goods in the original packaging for a refund.

Please let us know with 14 days if you wish to return items for any reason. Any postage costs involved in returning goods are payable by the customer, unless the return is due to our fault or error.
